Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (including Paystack and mobile money providers such as MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, and AirtelTigo Money). We do not store full card numbers or mobile money PINs on our servers; we retain limited transaction metadata (e.g. amount, status, reference number) needed to fulfil and reconcile orders.

Vendor information. If you register as a vendor, we collect business details, identification documents, bank/payout details, product and service listings, and sales performance data.

Usage information. Pages visited, searches, wishlist and cart activity, device and browser type, IP address, and approximate location, collected automatically as you use the Platform.

Communications. Messages you send through our contact form, support tickets, dispute reports, and customer reviews.
